Have been here a few times recently to charge up using the 50kW station. The car park has been easy to navigate, the Chargefox area is easy to locate and the process is extremely easy. Just make sure you've got your details loaded into the Chargefox app ahead of time.From arriving to charging, it takes not even 20 seconds. It really is easy to use.Just be aware that recently the stations have been having problems and most haven't been working. Check the app ahead of time to make sure what's available.Plenty around at Airport West shops to keep you busy while you wait.

The last few months there have been multiple broken chargers with lofty promises of repairs by Jan 2023.It’s nearly March, and only 1/6 charger is working (but was faulting several times before it started)I had waited 2 hours to use it because other people were using it or in line. I had no other choice but to wait because I have an 80 minute drive back to Ballarat.Chargefox has abysmal services, this is beyond unacceptable- you have shown a complete disinterest in your customers using your services. When a competitor chain inevitably opens up in Victoria, I can tell you that I will never be using your services again.

Disappointed! Planned a full day at the snow. Specially drove to this charge point early (before peak) as it was advertised as 350kw fast charging. X4 chargers were available but all were less than 55kw (yes I tried them all) best I got was 54kw and a long time to charge/top up. Ultimately, cost me 2hrs on top of my trip. Disappointed. Tesla 120kw chargers are more reliable.On the positive side, I couldn’t fault the app. Worked great. Hence the 2 stars.They need to add more fast chargers, more reliability and do want it advertises.

Convient charging location. App is fantastic. Chargers on the other hand. When they are working it's great. But I swear, 2-3 chargers are always offline when I visit. Hope they get them fixed soon

Terribly unreliable 3 chargers out of 6 didnt work today , people waiting ,now fairly crowded ,the most difficult place to park.

Yep 5 stars for an eye sore that is tacked onto a shopping centre and it would be awesome if I had an electric vehicle ? But alas I'm too poor to own one

Super fast charging, right next to the entrance to Airport West Westfield shopping centre. Have only seen one Petrol car parked in the charging bays so far. Thank you RACV, Chargefox and Westfield.
