Windsor Discount Centre

My sister bought her bed from this shop 3 years ago and she recommended me as well so I ordered a bed from windsor discount centre in July and they told me my bed will delivered on 15 September but now it is November still I didn’t get my bed. Any time I call them they just makes excuses. It was a good shop before but now I don’t recommend anyone to shop from this shop I don’t want anyone to experience what I did.The most disgusting shop I ever seen or purchased. I never regretted before from buying anything but now I’m really regretting I why I decided to buy from Windsor discount centre

The customer service was great and as advised the delivery was quick. During delivery there was a small damage but they told they fix it out. I would recommend them for all the peeps who are looking for furniture. Amazing!!

I stumbled across Windsor Furniture on Google, so figured I’d stop by and see what they had in stock. Needless to say, they were my first and only stop.George wasn’t only personable and incredibly generous with his time, he offered me a few options at different price points, never pressuring me, or steering me towards the more expensive alternatives.To top off what can only be described as an easy shopping experience, my pieces were delivered promptly the following day, and with such ease. I will absolutely be back in the very near future.

He made everything per our request in amazing pricing and on-the-spot delivery as promised. The most important thing was that it didn't feel like dealing with a salesman... If I could somehow give this shop no stars that still wouldn’t be a true representation of the owner and the service I have received..I ordered a lounge back in December 2022 it arrived before Christmas and was the wrong lounge.Was told my lounge would arrive around the 10th of January 2023 and it’s now the 11th of June 2023Iv heard all the excuses in the world iv also been ignored phones not answered and lied to constantly by the owner George who is extremely condescending and arrogant with absolutely no respect for anyone.Iv now asked for a refund after finally getting a hold of him by ringing off my wife’s phone I told him who it was and he asked how I was doing I said not good he then had the decency to ask me why I’m not good…… 7 months iv been waiting on my lounge that’s why I’m not good. Anyway I asked for a refund and he asked me to Google depots in Canberra and he will call me the following day on the 8th of June to sort it out and again never returned my call.If anyone is looking for any furniture I suggest staying away from Windsor discount centre and the owner their customer service is appalling. Needless to say this matter is now getting sorted through the legal channels.Worst business and business owner I have ever experienced.

A huge thank you to George who assisted me to find the right pieces for styling me home. Very prompt and efficient service to deliver the goods on time when I had a very tight time frame. Furniture looked amazing in my home. Would recommend George to anyone.
