Planning 4 Design

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had in my 7 years of property renovations.Never replied to my email, never replied to my text message and now says that due to Covid he cannot complete his job and may be closing the business.So if your thinking of using David Redmond, I highly recommend you dont.We waited approximately 10 weeks and he still hadn't taken an accurate measurement.Now he wants to keep 70% of my deposit when hes done 10% worth of work.

Initial meeting and consultation was enthusiastic and bubbly. From there the experience went down hill very quickly adding some pain to our build: From not listing to our design requests, not turning up to a appointment and office staff being rude about it, not following up on approvals for weeks and design measurements being out by a country mile.. The new hallway didn't even line up with the existing hallway... Lucky we had a great builder that was easy to work with and the thing turned out excellent in the end. The enthusiasm with the designer was there,,, maybe we just got unlucky throughout the process...who knows...

David was so polite and very patient with my ideas - I can't wait to see what he comes up with for our new home design!! Thank you so much David!

Wow worst experience ever, same as above review, the intial meeting he was bubbly and enthusiastic and came up with some good ideas but after that is when it went downhill.Next to no measurements were taken, lack of communication on several levels, all we have is a half arse incomplete floor plan after 8 weeks, and they have taken 70% of our money, reporting him to all his corporate partners.
