Water Ponyz Swim School Wangara

My 6 month old had their first lesson today, and it was such a lovely experience! Well presented class with lovely, lovely, engaging staff...we both loved this place!

Fantastic teachers, so friendly they make me want to go back to teaching swimming!

The instructors were fine, but the management was appalling. Incredibly rude snd unprofessional. One of the worst companies I have dealt with.

Excellent, grandson loves it he can hardly wait for his class each week.

Fantastic facility for kids swim lessons, newly opened

My daughter was absolutely terrified of even entering the water and now she refuses to get out after her lessons. The instructors have been really patient and do not force them with any exercise of they are scared. Instead they make in fun and slowly convince them. It's amazing seeing the progress each week. Even better is the ease of booking and checking availability with the new app.

Had my first swimmg lesson today but i did not like it at all the water was dirty when i opened my eyes under the water i could see all sorts of small particles inside the water i even asked 3 other girls to have a look and they confirmed it. Just felt i didnt want to be in the pool. I want to cancel my lessons and get a refund but not sure if they will accept because i already paid for 10 lessons in advance wish i knew before signing up.

Our 8.5 yr old daughter was making no progress with school swimming lessons. She is now very confident in and around water and has progressed in leaps and bounds. The instructors are fantastic and often has one-on-one classes when there's only a few students attending.

Great school, fantastic they do Saturday mornings as many don't. Cafe across the road is super handy too

Booked swimming lessons for my 2.5 yeqr old daughter and they booked me into 1-2 year old class until I asked them if it's the correct lesson they booked me in. So I had two swimming lessons in the wrong age group. Then they cancelled twice because teacher was sick and told me the make up class could not be booked on Sunday where my daughter usually attended her swimming lesson. So even it wasn't our fault for missing out on the lesson they did not let us book into our usual swimming lesson on Sunday. We received several invoices from the school even we paid already and same happened to my friends. The administration system is real bad.Most of the teachers are great!!!!
