Disappointed with the service, had the 80K service done with them on my Prado where they have removed and not fitted my aftermarket bash plates properly. When I checked all nuts were left not tight at all. Appropriated if they at least informed me that they are not happy to tighten my aftermarket bash plates so I could have tightened them right.

Needed some parts to complete some maintenance on one of our work vans, had a few technical questions about additional parts possibly needed for the job, and best method to complete the job. Michael from parts went and sought information from one of their technicians and provided me advice on the best way to tackle to repair.Had the parts in stock and all round a very helpful experience. These experiences are few and far between at car dealerships these days.Much appreciated and highly recommend Michael from the North Lakes parts department.Sam Keenan - The Hookup Guys

Don’t respect the time of valued customers and don’t show any type of caring. Dealership was empty when picking up my vehicle at night and I had to wait for about 25 minutes for Toby to show up. Talked to mechanics but they didn’t know where he was or some of them just ignored I was there waiting. I ring the bell at the front desk several times but not luck getting anyones attention. So disappointed
