My first encounter with Maree was over the phone , during covid lockdown. My cpap machine stopped working and I was desperate. Not able to even buy a new one on line as supplies were unavailable. Maree immediately understood my dilemma. I was travelling in my camper, not even in my home state of Qld, and in the older age bracket at risk. Maree not only put my order on fast track, but sent me a machine on loan to tide me over. With her expert guidance I got a mini machine with 12 volt adapter, much more camper friendly. And ever since I have had friendly, èxpert service and guidance on updates available. Wherever I am in Australia, I shòp for my cpap needs with Maree, regardless of the company. Amazing customer service. Maree (sales assistant), extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. She had full knowledge of condition and equipment. She advised me about my current machine and issues with it and gave me all details to contact the provider. Could not recommend these ladies highly enough.

I found CPAP Direct searching Google for a local supplier of cleaning products for my machine. They had the products I needed and so much more. The staff, Marie in particular, was very interested in hearing about my struggles with using the machine and assured me she could help me get it sorted. So I came back the next day with my equipment and Marree configured it correctly for me and explained very well everything CPAP. Now I'm getting the proper therapy I need. I couldn’t recommend the ladies at CPAP Direct TSV more if I tried! I visited Tiff for my sleep study, she was very professional, calming and friendly and made the whole experience a lot less nerve racking for me which truly made a huge difference to me. When I had to return to purchase a CPAP, the care, kindness and knowledge from Maree was absolutely wonderful. She put my mind at ease for such a daunting new experience for me, she was patient with all of my questions and has been so helpful each time I come through the door.
