I had to send multiple emails about damage to our letterbox that were ignored for a week. When I did get a reply I was told by Trent essentially they were too busy and “I don’t sit in the office all day” told me that there was “no new damage” to the drivers truck and the driver “doesn’t recall” hitting it. Claimed he would help pay the repair but as it was beyond that (broke in two off the base it was cemented onto) I asked for the cost of a replacement and we would install ourselves. Once again my email was ignored for almost a week. I called to discuss and he insisted he would on pay half. I asked him to put this agreement in writing as I did not trust a verbal agreement. Trent said he would email the same night with this agreement in writing and that was the last I heard from him. Dishonest and terrible customer service.

Living in a bunch of flats, I didn’t think I could find a bin that could be delivered and picked up easily in limited space I had, I was wrong. Value was good. Cheapest bin's we could find.The positives stop there.Ordered the bin on a Saturday morning after reading their advertising that states open 7-Days and same day delivery. Picked a timeslot for the same Day.Got to the end of Saturday and nothing. Tried calling, no answer.Sunday, same deal. Didn't answer all day. We even went out to the yard, incase the phones were down. The place was closed. Again, their claim is Open 7-Days.Waited until Monday morning and called again. Spoke to the store, who apologised and said the bin would be out that day. Bin arrives, great service from the driver. No issues there.I filled it within an hour and called and said it was ready for pick-up.Remember this is Monday....I had turf underlay arriving on Tuesday morning, and turf arriving on Thursday.Tuesday, I called again. No answer.Wednesday, called again. Answered and said they were flat out and couldn't get it.Wednesday. Called, no answer.Thursday, called and spoke to them. Was told they would do their best.I ended up having to lay turf around the bin because it didn't get collected until Thursday afternoon.Pretty disgraceful service.2 days late to arrive and 3 days late to collect.We ended up being charged an extra $400 for an extra day hire for the excavator because the bin was late and the work couldn't be done on the day we needed the bin.Very competitive market, you'd think service would be of utmost importance.As I said, bin was perfect, drivers were great when they arrived, but won't be using them again.

Absolutely top notch service from Ezi Bin.The website is easy to navigate and there are clear instructions about ordering times and services available.Found everything from booking, delivery, price and service to be outstanding.Highly recommend using Ezi Bin.Extra points for the team taking calls out of hours especially because they are a family business. My first experience with Ezi Bins was on Christmas Eve, when I was desperate to have rubbish removed off the front lawn of a property I had vacated after it had been strewn across the lawn by scavengers. I was facing a big fine and the council had refused to take it because of the mess scavengers had made.Trent, the owner and his partner arrived, went above and beyond assisting me to load up a bin, and then the biggest surprise of all is that he offered the service to me as a free Christmas gift!I was very much touched by his compassion and professionalism. Could not more highly recommend Ezi-bins. A beautiful family business.

It’s all in the name Ezi. The whole process from start to finish was easy and a breeze. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Very happy and would recommend.

Didn't deliver bin as ordered ( #19117). Didn't answer phone all day. Edit: They do look at these reviews, though, as 30 min later they contacted me and delivered an hour after that. Have a couple of extra stars. Edit 2: And they picked up early with only a few hours notice. Have another star.
