Obi Nails and Beauty

Very basic. The nail technician didn't use nail glue where my natural nails were lifting from the acrylic overlay and it was clearly visible especially on the thumb nail. Nails not filed in the shape I wanted and uneven. I liked the colour. That's about it. Could've painted them myself. Was very difficult to communicate what I wanted as she barely spoke English and I was very rushed despite making an appointment instead of a walk-in. Wouldn't let me use ETPOS either and made me go take out cash. Cash only.

I go here all the time. I love Cindy and all her staff. They are friendly and chatty and give great service. They listen to what you want.

I always come back to Obi nails, they always do an amazing job and will always listen to what I request. Always leave happy and always getting compliments on my beautiful nails.David is also amazing!!

I went today to get my nails done, as I've had my nails done before here and they did a Fantastic job before. They have great attention to detail.I was also offered to do a Pedicure too, I had never had one before. It was Fantastic! The service was Amazing and the Pedicure with a Foot Massage too, Wow I was in heaven!The New Owner is such a lovely woman, friendly and welcoming.I would recommend this place for sure, if you haven't been yet try it out, and really great prices too.

Had my nails done here a few times only because it's local and the closest. Very basic acrylics, they have plenty of colours but hardly any nail art, so if you're looking for something special, better to go elsewhere.Latest employees are very rude and it's extremely difficult trying to communicate with them. I don't think they're professional nail technicians at all with adequate training.Came in on a quiet Thursday afternoon and saw some new lady with glasses who completely didn't understand English and ruined my nails. As soon as you go in, you're told pick colour".There's about 4 or 5 baskets full of colour wheels

Usually really impressed with the team here but unfortunately today I went in and I was left sitting for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment and when they did get to me the service was very rushed and no care used. My nails are usually compared to both hands to make sure the nail length is similar but today that didn’t happen and I ended up with my pinky nails being completely different shapes and length. I know they were busy and possibly stressed wanting to get customers served quickly but I’m very upset with the treatment today

I have being going to Obi nails for close to a year and they never fail to impress.Each and every appointment is different and all the staff go above and beyond!They truly make you feel so confident. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but here!!

They did an amazing job. I got there at a good time, so I had 1 person doing my Pedi & 1 doing the Mani, so good was in & and out, which I love. Staff a friendly & I happy with my end result.I got there about 3.30 pm, so pple do kiddie pick-ups from school. Good time to go, lol. Thanks to the team again. I will be back for sure.

Always amazing service, and never fails to impress me with the quality of work.I never go anywhere else but here as they don’t rush the process but do not take forever to do a full set either! They are super reliable and do have offers of 5-10 dollars off if you have cash!I love coming here and will be for the coming years.
