We rented a car from Bayswater Car rental for a 10 day period. When we were searching for cars online, No birds was easily offering the best price by far. We got. Mitsubishi ASX which was very well maintained and comfortable too. The service of the staff was great too and they were accommodating with us returning the vehicle one day earlier without any extra charges.The train station isn't a too far walk for getting to the car rental agency.Definitely recommended and will be hiring a car from here again sometime.

Booked a large SUV for a week and really enjoyed the car. The check in service was smooth and quick (despite the NSW service app not working). Returning the car was a breeze and the account was closed within 30 minutes. Tolls are charged as soon as they receive it and they send an invoice immediately. I'm looking forward to renting from No Birds Atarmon again soon.

We r inlove with no birds car rental. They have amazing rates clean cars and very convenient and good value for money.However, this time when we picked up the car it was not clean or smelling nice. We found a biscuit under the seat. Quite disappointing compared to the experience that we've had so far.

I am sitting at nobirds car rental after having rented a car from them for over 4 months. Because I don’t have my credit card on me and it is in my Apple phone they are refusing to rollover my contract. Mind you I could have done this via SMS. The only reason I brought the car back was because it was due for service. Otherwise I would have just rolled over on the app. I have been here now on 1 hour. I am on hold trying to get through to ANZ.

Hands down one of the best car rentals. The booking process, the cancellation policies, the updates to drop off date and time, adding and removing add-ons, pick up process and drop off process are all 10/10. The staff are very pleasant to deal with as well. The terms and conditions are very clear. True to its advertisement, No hidden costs. I rented a Corolla Hybrid. The car only has 20k on the clock. A true fuel sipper; can easily hit 880 km on full tank. Would definitely rent from No Birds again!
