Wonderful and exceeded expectations. We arrived early evening and were greeted by Charlie who helped us with our luggage before explaining everything about our apartment. The fire, mood lighting and warmth completed our perfect welcome. Better than we could have imagined. Within two days we had extended our stay to a full week and would have stayed longer if the apartment had been available. Everything we could have wanted was there with lots of extras; right down to lovely throws in the rooms, beautiful towels, fabulous bed, plenty of storage and even a jewellery box!!The location is perfect for a quiet time away, lovely spot overlooking the valley and hills to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.Thank you Mary and Charlie for ensuring our getaway was perfect.

We stayed in the Kookaburra suite for a weekend during winter. Finished our day sitting on the crest of the property overlooking the valley below as the sunset. The suite is massive and tastefully appointed with an electric fireplace, spacious living area with blankets and a comfy couch perfect too curl up in front of the fire and watch a movie. This is one of the best places we've stayed in the hinterlands and we'll absolutely be going back again.

Very peacefull and relaxing stay. Everything you need in a very clean and tidy unit. Plenty of room with big rooms and living area. Kitchenette is well equipped with some staples in the fridge when you arrive. Charlie and miss Millie take good care of the grounds and gardens. Very highly recommended for a pleasant tranquil stay.

Outstanding experience. Bed was huge and comfortable. View was stunning. The owners are so lovely and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more.
