Great service. Fantastic customer service from Nigel our salesman. Very happy with our secondhand van. Treated us like we were buying a new one. Best range of new Jayco caravans parts and accessories on the North Coast! We really didn't know what we were looking for, just some help with a small second hand caravan with air conditioning and an island bed. The used van salesman walked away so we wandered and eventually found Michael who showed us through a new one and actually listened to our story and offered us a great price for a new one. Now we know more about what we want and may not have bought one today but soon we will! These guys are legends. I’ve been in a few times now for spare parts / bits and pieces and, as a new caravan owner with a fixer, I have never been made to feel stupid and the staff go above and beyond.
