Easy and fast process with great communicationMelissa has been excellent to deal with from start to finish. On inspection, she answered my questions regarding schools in area and the year the house was built. We put an offer in straight after inspection and with only 2 phone calls of negotiations and around 3 hours later, we had bought a house. She made us feel like she had our best interests at heart and really wanted us to get the house. She was never pushy like some agents can be.We had a few maintenance issues arise from building and pest and Melissa liaised with us and the seller to get these rectified.
