The Running Edge

Walked in to purchase a new pair of On's (3rd pair from here) walked out with a find your flow massager and no On's. Seriously good service from a bunch of kind people.Highly recommended. I'll be back for the On's.

I went there to purchase a wetsuit for ocean swimming. The service and advice from Ty and Jas was excellent. Thanks for your help, I'm enjoying the Orca wetsuit, great choice.

6/5 starsAs much as my wardrobe believes I do not need any new shoes or Steigen socks - I simply can not resist visiting The Running Edge every time I go in to the Hobart CBD.The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about assisting you with your needs - unlike other stores that try to push sales!Not to mention the running sessions they facilitate every week - as well as the many events they help sponsor!

Gave the business a 5 star review a year ago when I moved to Hobart. Since then I have purchased 4 full priced shoes from them. Each time the customer service declining. The last 4 times I have been in the customer service has been atrocious, many errors on their behalf but one is claiming they do not have stock of the shoe I want, and not giving any other solution. Not even giving another shoe that could help me out? Very confused by the their service (or lack there of). All I want to do is support the local business’ or Hobart and they are making that too hard.
