Spoke to Jenny regarding the purchase of a property and it was obvious she did not care and was not reliable or professional in following through with the contract. There was no response to any of my emails, questions or anything to do with the purchase of the property. I was let down by the lack of any kind of service provided and missed out on a property.Strongly do not recommended her for any type of conveyancing services.

As many have mentioned here already, Jenny is extremely rude and unreliable - she does not respond to emails and hangs up phone calls. We will be referring her conduct to the law society.

Jenny was absolutely heinous to deal with. How she has a business is a mystery because I am sure her rude & aggressive manner would ward off anyone & everyone she deals with. I wouldn't have Jenny or her company touch any of my dealings with a ten foot pole.

Would not recommend. Very slow communication. As a customer we had to follow up several times via email/phone to get an update but hardly received any response. Very unprofessional. Did not find much helpful to us. Do not waste your time. Look for someone else.

The worst firm to deal with. All the way through my purchase Jennifer Elizabeth Gentles didnt care a single bit! Please stay away as far as you can! try to be one day late for settlement and they will charge you arm and leg (yet it is ok they are 5 months late with registration). Documents that should have been ready for purchaser to commence construction aren't ready months after settlement!! and more!! yet, thats ok, coz they must be thinking they're the gods and can do whatever!
