Went there in 2016 Christmas for help with a christmas gift! They spent their busy time thinking how to make my gift work! Told me where to get the correct parts then they did the rest for free oh my god I love him.

Helen refused to attempt rescaling a print down to A4. I was told upon calling up that there's a 6000 dollar job she has to put through and asked of me do you understand" in a very rude manner and that she "doesn't have time to muck around". Horrendous customer service. You can say no and turn away a job but don't forget your manners."
