Mount Field Campground
Pretty okay campsite. Stayed for 1 night in a campervan on an unpowered site for $16 + National Parks Pass. Plenty of space to pull up a camper, scenic spot, quiet, some wildlife, toilets ample and clean, other campers friendly but not too friendly. Got told off in the morning by rangers for parking “too close” (about 10m away) to the river (no signs or information given at the ticket booth).

Fantastic spot for a night or two in the national park. The staff at the visitor center were very helpful and kind. Pricing for the camping site is reasonable at $16 for unpowered and $20 for powered sites - at the time of writing this.

Clean campsite with great access to the national park. 16 dollars per day for unpowered sites. Would recommend arriving by 10 AM on the busy season to secure a vacant site. The campsite managers are friendly and helpful.

Great location and close to many tourist attractions. Cafe is only a short stroll away for a coffee in the morning and also has great food and service.

It was one of the best camping than we’ve been. All the facilities were working without any problem, it was quiet and super close to the walk.Be aware than is a small camping, so probably you have to go early to get a spot because it get full super fast$8 per person in an unpowered spot

Great place to camp even if it can be super cold and wet. Toilets, showers and laundry facilities. No bookings so you may or may not get a spot. Powered and unpowered sites and the wildlife are cheeky so keep your food locked up overnight. They are working on maintenance but the grounds need a bit of work as it gets pretty muddy in spots. Very peaceful!
