Been with Agas for about 8 months now, and they have been amazing to deal with. 9 times out of 10 we get same day delivery, which I can tell you now no other gas company has ever offered same day or even 24hr turn around, unless you want to pay very hefty fees and such. They have been great to deal with, the delivery person also seems to know their stuff when it was discovered that there was an issue with the gas leaking. All staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. Happy with their service, would highly recommend this company.

Called through for same day delivery the lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and very helpful. Very competitive with pricing also very affordable. Ordered my cylinders at 7am and they were delivered by 10am absolutely outstanding service. Could not recommend this company enough

Been a satisfied customer since 2016. Today, for the first time, requested same day delivery option which is promoted throughout their website, and of course they cannot do so. Take this option with a grain of salt. Good luck trying to locate their terms and conditions too.

Returned 2 gas bottles. One was never touched because my hot water booster was broken. Agas said that I could not get a refund because they weighed the bottles and they were not full. I said that one bottle had never been used because the hot water booster was broken and now I have solar hot water. But what can I do.

I will begin by thanking Samantha.I don't know who or what you are but thank you for delivering some plausible information that resulted in a positive response from my bank within 20 minutes.Now for the most disgusting behaviour I've ever encountered in my 72 years.Packed with lies and descriptions that's lasted 19 days.Never again willI ever deal with your companyAnd all over $195 refund.

Hands down the worst gas company in Australia. Not only is the customer service is atrocious, disgusting and disrespectful, the management are even worse!!! There is no customer care. Never ever ever will I ever use this company or recommend this company to anyone… do your research before you order there is cheaper better nicer companies out there that are local and not in it for the money. These guys are not it!

Had the pleasure of having Bella assist me with joining Agas National. Amazing service. Bella was very helpful considering the services I will be getting from Agas National like FREE delivery if ordered within 48 hours (except the weekends) which is what I need, unlike the company Elgas that I have just dismissed. Ordered from them 7 days ago and still have to wait another 2 days before I get my gas bottle.Unlike Agas National And they waived my fees for the 2nd gas bottle and have free delivery. Great service

Gave Agas National a call and spoke to Bella. She was extremely helpful and had my account and new gas bottles set up and ordered straight away. Would highly recommend Agas National to everyone.
