Heritage Window Specialists replaced a 100+ year old bay window at the front of our house - sadly it had way too many handyman fixes over the years and too worn to be effectively repaired.We had a fantastic and totally professional experience with Heritage from first contact with Scott for his advice, measure and quote, to Emma who kept in touch through the whole process and organising the job and Brendan and DJ who installed the window, again so very professional and excellent tradesmen. Big thanks also to the factory crew who expertly built our new window to be an exact replica of the original.Communication was great through the whole process, the installation went exactly to the plan they shared with us - the installers were great guys, and so clean and tidy - they left without a single sign of sawdust anywhere!It was a true pleasure working with the whole team at Heritage and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.Needless to say we just love our new window - importantly looks like it was always there, no draughts and so very quiet. We are very happy customers and would happily share our experience with others.

Just had our window installed today by Brendan & DJ, both were very lovely & professional. The process was quick and easy from start to finish. Emma in the office was very prompt and helpful, Scot was at our place not long after measuring up and the installation was complete within a week or so. Highly recommend Heritage windows.

Heritage did a great job replacing our old external doors and glass panel. They were very efficient, kept us updated on progress and stuck to agreed timelines. Faultless workmanship and obliging people. We would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

I used Heritage Window Specialist to improve the sound proofing of three rooms (with casement and sash windows) in my heritage house by replacing the original glass to acoustic laminated glass. They did an excellent job and the windows look like revitalised versions of themselves which was important to me since I have council rules about maintaining heritage aspects of my house. I had various members of the team come work on the job including Nash, Dan and DJ - they were very professional and efficient. They kept me informed about progress each day so I knew what work was left and what they planned to do the next day. Scot the project manager who also came to my house to provide a quote was also great! He was very happy to answer all the questions I had when we were discussing what work could be done to achieve my desired outcome. Emma was the main person I liaised with to organise the work, she was amazing! Very responsive and across what was going on, she coordinated between me and the team very well so that changes/notes that were made were passed to them easily.We also had some issues with the glass that was installed cracking but Emma and the team were on it right away once we let them know and they prioritised returning to us ASAP to resolve the problem. It was very hassle-free and easy from my end.I would definitely use Heritage Window Specialist again and recommend them to friends! They have a strong focus on delivering high quality work and excellent customer service.

We enjoyed an excellent experience with Heritage Windows to restore a 1960s wooden window at the front of our house. From the initial quote to the completion of the work the team were friendly and efficient and we are very pleased with the end result. Would definitely used again.

I needed to reduce the sound of yapping dogs and music coming through my windows and a balcony glass door. My initial contact was with Scott who called in to measure up for a quote. His very friendly nature and professional approach gave me the utmost confidence in using Heritage Windows. The job involved replacing the existing glass with thicker panes and sealing the windows and door. Brendan and DJ undertook the work and completed the job in only 2 days. Their work was exemplary and they were very knowledgeable as they answered numerous questions I put to them. Brendan even alerted me to impending noise from his nail gun! Finally, Emma was extremely efficient in any dealings I had with their office. Very highly recommended!

We had some minor repairs done to our sash windows and we are very happy with the results. Nash was polite and clean and worked quickly, and the quality of his work is excellent. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with heritage window specialists - Emma the office administrator was always fast and clear with communication, and easy to deal with. They were able to move forward my original booking - so work was performed much faster than expected. When the repairs were done - all areas will address - they fixed the pulley system in an old window, and draught proofed. Really pleased with the work done. I also did a fair bit of research in preparation for this work and they charged a very fair fee compared to others. I appreciated they were happy to do the work on just one window rather than charging a minimum 'call out fee'.
