Helpful bunch except the fact they don’t accept anything but cash for the memory cove key deposit.

Very friendly and helpful. The booking system is and national park websites are is all smooth. I booked a key for memory cove with a $50 deposit and got the 50 back afterwards. Young lad helped me out on all the places I can fish, surf and 4x4.

Great customer service. Penny made us feel very welcomed and greeted us with a smile. She was extremely helpful and the nicest person I have ever met. This woman deserves a pay rise!

The lady who assisted us didn’t tell anything at all all she said go to the green map which is where all the shark cage etc. she’s a terrible guide! For me if your not happy with your job I suggest you leave! Your in customer service you should be bubbly or approachable. I don’t know if she’s racist or what.We avail some cruise and tours and she didn’t explain anything! That’s my own opinion tourist give you a job so if your not happy to serve that’s not cool!
