Great clothes. Lovely service.This is a typical Rivers store. They have a good variety of clothes and shoes for men, and at reasonable prices. They have awesome specials - so become a member where they will let you know when a special is on.I received awesome service from the ladies at this store. This gem of store has a great range of style, sizes and older items from rivers catalog. If you are a bigger person you should definitely come in for a look. The prices here are fair and you can sometimes find a great deal or get vouchers on your sale.

Online shopping with Rivers is the worst experience I have had. You cannot track your order, it doesn't show up on your account and emails and phone calls go unanswered. Happy to take your money but not to provide a decent service. Will never purchase from them again.

I made a special trip to rivers after work and was there by 4.15pm as another gentleman was who had also made a special trip and store was closed and staff member was doing till up and imperiously pointed to the window saying closing hour was 4.15. Would be nice if website was updated as obviously rivers doesn't need the customers
