If you're a tradesman and these guys want to hire you to do some repair work due to the damage they cause, don't do it, there are more fun ways to get a headache.They have a guy called Ryan (the owner I assume) who kept telling me all sorts of lies about prompt payment and forwarding my invoice to his accounts department, which of course never happened. I had to ring the company and talk to those girls directly and they hadn't even heard about my bill. Talking about a mere 450 bucks.Eventually I did get paid, cos they wanted me to do some more work for them. I couldn't hang up the phone quick enough. Avoid them like the plague!

PremiAir flow was a great service. Ryan came to install our heater service on his own on a 35 degree day and completed the 2 person job on his own without any fuss and quickly and efficiently. Very friendly service as well provided a great experience. Also gave us great advice on our old heating system on his first visit to the property. Would recommend to family and friends.

This company deserves 0 stars. They are an absolute scam and are to be avoided at all costs.They come out to “service” my aircon, after cancelling 2 times. The guy goes up and tells me I need a whole new system with a quote of $2600. I didn’t go through with the quote due to it being more expensive than 3 others obtained.So a month later they begin chasing me for a $100 “call out fee” which was NEVER mentioned prior. After a week of me refusing payment as they had done NOTHING and had spent 15minutes here, they refer it on to a debt collection agency. No prior invoice for a “call out fee” has ever been sent. I receive it on the 16th of March and have a letter chasing payment on the 21st of March.I called Trudy who informed me that if I just pay the $100 they will call off the agency and leave me alone. So I was forced into paying a company for doing sweet f*** all at my house.Must be pretty desperate for money if they need to waste time scamming innocent people out of money for doing nothing.Save yourself the hassle and look for ANYONE ELSE to come out and help. Unless you want to throw money down the drain and be harassed by a low life company such as premiair.

A big thank you to Josh for servicing our old ducting heating system, and Ryan and his colleague for installing a new one. They were extremely considerate, friendly and knowledgeable. We got our new system within a short turnaround and minimal disruption. Highly recommended.

Best Ever!! Absolutely the best company to call for all your heating needs. Ask for Ryan, he is your MAN! Quick, efficient, informative. My heater broke down with temperatures plummeting at night to 3-5 degrees C . I hate cold, I despise cold, especially in the morning when you need to roll out of warm bed.The company had my new heater installed in less than 1 week.They went out of their way to accommodate me. How GOOD is that? Being a single mum with two teenagers I found PremiAir prices very very good. FYI, I always do my research online ,before I make a major purchase. Their service was very reliable and solid.Highly recommend it!Ask for Ryan. This was a FIVE STAR service.

Wanted to upgrade aircon controller. Technician advised to buy the controller and they would come back and install it. I purchased the one he said and organized appointment. They never showed up. No call. Called them back and they said an urgent bigger job came up. I had 2 more no shows from them. Eventually I was told on the phone that they will not install the controller. Now I'm stuck with a $200 controller that no one will install. Would stay away from this company. Don't waste your time.

I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. They inspected our 25 year old heating unit when it failed to relight and we had a new unit installed the next day. Good old fashioned prompt service and a great team to deal with.

Had josh come to service heater but it needed replacing. Josh was very helpful, efficient and polite.Ryan came to replace broken heater. Very fast, efficient and knowledgable.I couldn't be happier with the prompt service I have received and the women who answer the phones-trust- are also always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Do NOT hire them!!! Do NOT hire them!!! Do NOT hire them!!!! I had the worst service experience with PremiAir Flow. I only wanted a normal service of heating system, they came and checked the machine and said they could not do it because there was a hole in the old machine and I should replace it with a new machine. They shut the system down and suggested not using it. I have a newborn baby to take care and it's freezing outside, therefore I did not get a chance to inspect the hole myself. Now thinking back, this could be a total lie to get me buy a new machine from them. They were nice and friendly back then. But once I agreed to buy the new machine, and they installed it, it became a whole new story which was terrible. First, after they install the machine, they left a big hole on the ground, and the machine was leaning toward one side, not flat on the ground. Then, they way for the old machine, they'll get rid for me as I've paid the money, but they did not have enough space in the car. They say they'll come back to do flashing which can fix the uneven machine and hole on the ground, and take the old machine. I told them I'll be overseas for 2 months, and leaving on the following Friday, which left them a whole week to do this (the job was done on a Thursday). Then I did hear anything, so I called the technician on the Monday, he said he'll check for me, and then nothing. I called the office on Tuesday, the manager there said no problem, she'll book another technician coming on Wed. On Wed, they called me saying it's not gonna happen, and will have to change to Thursday to do flashing and taking old machine on Friday. I waited Thursday, they called again saying no technician had time, so everything had to happen on Friday. And when Friday came, they sent one technician to do the flashing, and he said he could not take the machine, because it's too heavy and need an extra hand. So the old machine ended up piling in my backyard for 2 months after I came back from overseas. After I came back, they sent 1 technician back to take the old machine (which they promised me they'll sent 2, as the only excuse for not taking the junk before my trip was all their technicians are tied up and they need 2 ppl to take it). The technician said it's okay as he got a trolley. OK, he used the trolley to lift the machine to his car, but on the way out, as the machine was too heavy, he broke the tiles on the steps from backyard to garage. He did not say sorry after this, and just drove away... I was speechless with this whole service experience. The technician was like it's the office's problem for changing your scheduled time
