Booked in for my flu shot in store (as requested) with a very friendly assistant who confirmed in front of me with the pharmacist that Monday would be no issue. Made my way to the pharmacy on Monday at 230pm to be told that no they don't do them on Mondays unfortunately. Pharmacist (yes the same one) was aware I was there but didn't even acknowledge agreeing to it the week before. Avoid by all means if you don't want your time wasted.

A conveniently located Chemist in the Cronulla Mall that provides excellent customer service. I am a fan of the Blooms supplements so I popped in there to pick up vitamins today. This store is well stocked, neatly organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also sell giftware, perfume, cosmetics, sun glasses and much more. I like that it Blooms doesn't have that warehouse setup, like some of the chain pharmacies that are cropping up everywhere nowadays.

Stood waiting to pay at the front counter for ages whilst staff chatted away amongst themselves.With Priceline right across the mall one would think that they would be trying to get/retain as many customers as they can.Walked out, served immediately at Priceline.Maybe stop the chat and do your job.

absolutely incompetent ...fax machine did not receive my faxes for a script and then was told to send email which they also did not receive but i received the cc from my specialist so it was definitely sent and when i tried to ring the phone rung out 5 times before someone answered who was on their mobile on a personal phone call at the same time ...INCOMPETENT is not a word i use lightly...BUT COME ON 2 hours of time wasting ...rang Cronulla discount drug store had my specialist fax them they received the fax and my wife then got the prescription...easy Peasy as it should be...not so easy for blooms Cronulla

The middle eastern looking pharmacist is so rude. She almost brought my wife to tears. She has no regard for regulars and really should be in a different industry if she doesn't want to deal with people. She would be a great taxidermist.

Excellent, friendly service at this chemist. I had both my vaccinations done at blooms chemist, the staff were very professional and I felt well looked after at both appointments. I would highly recommend this chemist.
