Worst customer service, have had my car for 4 months and won’t give any updates. Just continue to say it’s out of their control.

Purchased two vehicles from them both being faulty, don't buy from them go else where,

WARNING READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACEYou want bad customer service try this place wow no consideration for peaple with disabilities and thay even make it harder than it neads to be UPDATE after waiting 3 weeks for a scheduled part replacement under warranty and when we get there there is no scheduled appointment now my disabled friend has no car for another 3 weeks as well as no part was ordered because of a mix up

Absolute worst after sales support. My brand new car came with broken components and scratches. When I told them I wanted them fixed I was told I must have damaged the components and scratches my car so they won't fix it. I didn't get a service book or manual with the car and was told I have to download it if I want it but then wouldn't give me a link to download it. They still haven't done the extras and I've had my car for months. If I could I'd give the car back, get my money back and go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Worst after sales everything ever!
