Supreme Drycleaners & Laundrette

made an appointment with the arrival window between 4-4:30 for carpet cleaning, i made the receptionist (rachel?) aware that i wouldn’t be able to let them in after that and she informed me that the cleaner would give me a call 20 minutes prior to their arrival and that it wasn’t an issue.The cleaner was 45 minutes late and at 4:30 i called the receptionist to see if the appointment was still on, she had no idea what was going on and was fumbling over the phone trying to figure out where the cleaner was, she said she would call me back within 5 minutes with his ETA, she didn’t end up calling me back at all.overall was a very disappointing experience as i drove an hour round trip in peak hour traffic to let the cleaner in who didn’t even show!very poor communication, extremely tardyDO NOT USE

I have used Supreme Dry Cleaners ever since I started working in Malaga. They do not charge much to repair suit pants and I think the price is fair. I like the fact that they dry clean on site instead of sending the clothes away. Occasionally I forget to pick up my suits and I have not had any problems.

Horrible service. Had my racesuit drycleaned. Came back smelling worse then when it went in, they refused to re clean it without having to pay again

Awful experience. Will never use them again after they ruined my jacket. No compensation. No remorse. Terrible!

Ruined 2 shirts refused to rectify or refund and failed to provide information on what happened to the shirts. Spoke in foreign language whist speaking to me. Shirts we still stained and ruined. Very poor service do not recommend
