Has good sales of popular fiction. They seem to have a decent selection of YA fiction and fantasy works, but the literary and classic works are a bit sad.

Polite and friendly staff which is always a bonus and keeps one coming back. The book selection was surprisingly okay which made it a single trip - another bonus. Admittedly, the Dymocks logo grinds a little after all these years, but I'm not a branding expert and there's probably a large percentage of the audience that disagrees and thinks it's awesome. The layout is stock standard and all the shelves are less than head height, making the store a little more like an open office layout rather than plenty of books and crannies for reading something good. Perhaps it helps with theft control. Overall, four out of five; friendly staff push it that extra star from a three; layout detracts from the overall experience.

Great selection of books, the staff are always willing to help out. Location can be slightly inconvenient as it is located at the very top of the mall but its not a huge problem.Main criticism is in the clinical feel of the store. The best bookstores have a homely, comforting feel to it which this store lacks.

Lovely and friendly staffs to help us out. The books were organised and it was easy to get what we were looking. Good offers were available when we went there. So do check this store out when you are in the city. Its next to the food court (downstairs).
