Nice staff .No disability access so try to get in the bullying with a wheelchair is impossible. Door opens outward so trying to open the door and and then get hold of a wheelchair to push through is hard enough

The reception staff are always friendly. The dentists explain the procedure before going ahead to make sure you understand what theyre doing & to make you feel comfortable.

I have been going to Vince and his team for some years now and standard has been of the highest. From the welcome, the full involvement in every step to making appointments with specialists regarding second opinions/surgery aswell as the important follow-ups.The last two years I have been in a wheelchair. Smiles and treatment have not changed. The door (unlike so many other in business) opens both ways for ease of access and yet staff are ready to assist. There is a sign on the door to inform of time of their lunch break and desk unattended but to come in and take a seat. A simple phone call prior to appointment resolves the need for extra help (whether with an escort or not) and staff are at the door to help.Many thanks to Vince and staff for your commitment to clients.

no follow up call after leaving a message on voice mail. phones not manned between 12 and 2pm. Incorrect written estimate sent.Have since made an appointment elsewhere. Pity really...people very nice here.

Essential dentist Golden Grove have been my dentist over the past five years. If going to a dentist can be a pleasure all the staff there do make it so pleasant. Saw Dr Priya today and she was so professional and treated you with such sensitivity, she was gentle and thoughtful. Would fully recommend this dental practice
