I have been going to this PO for years without complaint. I can't believe people's expectations, especially during Covid. I find it hard to believe that the staff yell at customers. Maybe the customers should look at their own behaviour?

I walked into the post office at 5:03, while the door was still open and I literally took a step inside and got yelled at by staff instantly telling me to leave because they were closed...... I hadn't even said a word yet, and when I went to ask if it was ok to just quickly grab a parcel, the Asian bloke just yelled at me to leave saying it's the rules

Shocking service! My husband has had two parcels in the last two weeks be delivered to the wrong address and due to the lack checking the correct id, they have been accepted/stolen. When we tried to rectify this with the post office staff they diverted the blame to the courier driver they outsource their deliveries too! Not good enough and we have now lost over $200 worth of items we had ordered online. Private couriers never fail to find the correct address it seems only those sub contracted by Aus Post can't and or won't do their job properly.

Walked into post office one week to get documents certified, no problem they said they can do that. The next week i went in again and this time the lady insisted they do NOT certify documents, when clearly they do! One hand does not know what the other is doing

I called up 2 times, first time they hung up on me before saying hello the second time i called up she picked up said hold please then 5 min later still on hold and she was serving people one after the other. She should have waited for a response from me before the put me on hold and after she finished with the current customer she should have checked in with me. I only wanted to know if they did passports which was a 30 second convo. Not worth the time for this place with a huge lack of customer service and consideration

My Wife and I had to get a Verification of Identity check, we missed one document. The staff at this post office helped us retrieve the document from our email. Very professional and patient. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I went in to Patterson Lakes post office. The Asian guy that likes to be in charge, was so rude, & arrogant towards me. No good public relations here. He needs to do good social intervention training on how to treat customers well. Not the first time he yells & rude like that.

Best LPO this side of the Southern Cross! Personalised, civilised and very accommodating service. I do use it more than twice a week and every time it is a pleasure. Love, love their work - in getting me more wine :)

Really disappointed with the poor level of service I continue to receive from Post Offices in Melbourne....Staff are very rude and not friendly whatsoever particularly in Patterson Lakes post office.A lot of customer service training required and a simple smile and some manners go a long way! Being friendly costs you nothing....
