3 months without responses for a repair claim, called three times and first two times was informed they didn't receive my email, though found minutes later, both times were unread". Even Product Care have attempted numerous times

I called Mr Wright to fix my washing machine, and he talked me through fixing it myself over the phone and I didn't have to pay anything. I was just so impressed with his honesty and professionalism. He could easily have done the simple actions himself and charged me a lot of money, I wouldn't have known the difference. You can trust a person like this. I feel better knowing this service is available in my area.
