We made a fairly big order waited over a hour for our food. Don’t mind the wait so much but to wait that long and not get all your food is annoying. We called the restaurant no one seemed to understand what I was saying they even hanged up on me. I called back was told it was delivered when it wasn’t. I asked well what happens now when we paid for the food and we didn’t receive it.. they said we do nothing. Basically it’s not there problem and the driver said he delivered. We will never come back again.

Paid for an order through Menulog and showed two forms of evidence of payment but they refused to give me my order which just sat on the bench. Will never order from here again.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in my area last week I visit there with my family and whole of my family loves the food and the staff is even so friendly

Very terrible service, it took one hour to make order.please don’t play with people”s time. If you can not make it don’t promise people. This happens many times not only today, don’t recommend to anyone

We're from Melbourne and came to Shepparton for the weekend and happen to find this place, the waitress who seated us and served us was lovely the place itself was immaculate the music was great and the temperature was nice being it was in its 30's, food was delish especially since my boyfriend is vegetarian always hard to find food for him we recommend this place just beautiful

The place is nice and clean and following COVID rules . We ordered dahi bhalle and chilli chicken. The dahi bhalle was too sweet and was not able to eat a single bit where as chilli chicken was good.For mains we had chicken curry and paneer nawab which was good. Overall experience and food was good.Few suggestions:-Service is very slow.Under staff.

We ordered lamb curry, worst lamb curry I ever had, kadai paneer was disgusting, we put everything in the rubbish bin, it was that bad if I could not give even 1 star

Absolutely disappointed, 6 pieces of chicken in a container of ‘butter chicken’ sauce. Paratha bread was ‘tough’ far from fresh. Only decent thing about the me was delivery time of under an hour.

The food was great. Portion sizes were perfect. Price was also very nice. However the custoner service needs working. They sat us down and we didnt get water and menus untill we asked for it and it was given 20mins later. We came a group of 6 and 1 child. We asked for a high chair and it was given, however another family came in and 1 staff came and snatched the chair back because that child needs it. The food was great tho very pleasent and appealing but for the staff, they need to work on service and time
