Do yourself a favour and start the weekend with John’s yoga class. John’s classes contain a great balance and he encourages and guides each student to work at their own level.

John is the personification of CALM.I always leave his classes feeling somewhere between absolutely great and completely zen!There is no expectation that you CAN or WILL touch your toes etc and you only ever go to your own level without trying to compare or compete with anyone else.The perfect way to start the weekend.

John provides a very supportive environment and options for each participant to work at their own level. His classes move fluidly between positions with positions not held for long. Instructions are clear, lots of encouragement to remember the important elements of yoga practice and his sense of humour and wish for all to enjoy their practice infuse his classes. Highly recommend
