Affordable, lovely and clean apartment. Nice pool area. Great security. Close to the Marina and other shops and restaurants. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed not so much on the place but more on how we were treated. My husband had an injury at work 6 days prior to us coming. We rang to try to cancel and get a refund or to reschedule for another time for when my husband recovered from his injury. Both were denied. Found the person who spoke to us was very rude and argumentative. I would suggest to other people to be careful of staying there. If that’s how they treat their guests it’s only a matter of time word will get around and no one will want to stay there ever again. We will do our trip again to Nelson bay once my husband gets better but we will definitely not be staying there. Very disgusting and very unprofessional to be spoken to the way my husband was spoken to. Right now our focus is entirely on my husbands well being on recovering from his injuries.

Clean lovely large balcony, pool on the roof close to everything restaurants, shops, marina, Very well organised entry and exit procedures. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rebook.

Clean room, located close to everything and opposite the Marina.Easy contactless check-in and out.Pool on the roof with a great view of the bay.Would have been great to have access to a BBQ on balcony or in pool area (only thing missing)

Great central location to the centre of town, our room was clean and comfy, residents were very friendly during our stay,Will b returning there for sure.

We loved the location for being close to the centre of Nelson Bay and the marina. Balcony was a great size with comfortable seats.

This was our third time staying here. We had 5 nights in Room 207 (again) and it has been updated since our last visit. Appliances are new, Fridge, Bedside Clock, Coffee machine, Jug, 2 big TVs etc.Contactless check-in and out was new to us but it was a breeze with all the needed instructions sent to my mobile and even a 75 year old like me couldn't go wrong.Being right amongst the shops and restaurants, across the road from the D'Albora Marina and flat walking is important to us older folk. Secure parking, security tag elevator operation and water views ticks our boxes.As some other old guy stated , We'll be baaaaccckk"."

Self check is great. The room was clean with everything you need. Easy walk to restaurants, beaches, marina and shops

Absolute horrible customer service, we were treated very harshly before we even entered our room which ruined the whole experience for us from the start, what's worse was that none of the provided utensils, cups, etc. were clean, they all had some sort of filthiness to it, the worst was the towels that were given to us, they looked clean from the outside but once we flipped it to look on the inside, there was some suspicious white stains, I can't believe I have used that towel. I would rate this place a 0 if I could.
