Took in my black suede boots to repair a cracked sole. They are now better than new!The soles & heels all redone & even the suede resprayed black. Over & above service. Highly recommend!

I needed my wedding heels repaired. We went with three options, depending on availability of material. I was told that I would be contacted by phone to discuss available options before giving the go ahead. However, was not contacted. Work was done on heels that I was not really happy with (photos sent via SMS). Very awkward situation to be in. Was then told by SMS that if I did not come to collect them they would be sold off. I never ended up collecting them due to the sheer awkwardness of the situation.

Good, friendly service. If you have bought expensive, well fitting shoes, in the long run it is better to spend $20-$30 a few times getting the soles repaired. I would think this is better for the environment too rather than buying cheap shoes and throwing them out after a short time.

Very helpful. Professional and honest service. Kind, knowledgeable staff. Took my old and tatty motorcycle boots there for new soles to be fitted. They returned the boots looking absolutely brand spanking new. They fitted an exceptional pair of soles and the overall job was 100% and well worth the $100. Ill have another ten years from those boots now.

Excellent professional service. Watch strap replaced, original clasp was kept rather than just attaching a new strap. Could not be happier. Very reasonable as well.
