Very poor !!!! Every time I put in a claim it gets knocked back stating that the damage had happened over time and is not the cause of a major weather - flooding incident. I pay 0ver $5k each year to them and they are happy to take my money but not support any claims. The last claim I had to get an independent assessment done for them to concede. Poor Form

Easy to find on Bagnells beach Rd on the perimeter of Salamander shopping centre.Friendly staff ,accessible and wheelchair or walker friendly. Parking in close proximity to office.
