Sam the branch manager is AMAZING he goes above and beyond to help in any situation and is always very supportive. I had no idea what to expect when applying for my first car loan. I wanted to shop around for the lowest interest rate that I could find. When a family member came across Community First Credit Union online and informed me of their 5.34% interest rate, I knew straight away that it was unbeatable. Without hesitation, I went straight to Community First Credit Union at the Narellan Branch and was grateful to have met with Janet and Louise. Janet guided me through the loan application process with such ease. Throughout the process, Janet kept in regular communication with me via phone calls and emails regarding my application progress and was always on call to answer any questions or concerns. Within the same week, I was rushing to get quotes for insurance policies as my dream car had arrived ahead of schedule and was ready for pick up. Again, I couldn't walk away when Louise provided me with an insurance quote over the phone with a discretionary 25% discount. I had acquired a few other insurance quotes and Community First still offered the best rate so it was a no-brainer. The day before I was due to pick up my new car, I was anxiously awaiting for my loan and insurance to be finalised on time. Thanks to Janet and Louise, my loan application was processed as an urgent priority and everything went according to plan. After such a pleasant experience, I can honestly say that I have not come across any other bank that exceeds the excellent customer service standard that I was provided by Community First Credit Union.
