Rod and the other lads at Tight Access Solutions did an amazing job - they turned a rotting sleeper retaining wall of dubious stability between our properties into a stable concrete wall that looks fantastic and was very cost effective to build. Can't recommend them highly enough. Ruth & Kathy

Unfortunately I have only one good thing to say and it is I received my deposit back after Rod cancelled the job. Several meetings on site when he was always late, intense discussions on how and when the job was to take place. Set in concrete for 4 months time and deposit paid. 2 weeks from the scheduled start received email saying now not doing the job. Very disappointing but it may have been a blessing.

I have a rental property that am in the process of selling. Unfortunately four days before our first open inspection, the old earthenware sewer pipe collapsed and needed to be replaced. At very short notice Tight Access Solutions were able arranged one of their operators to excavate a 15m long trench down the side of the house with one of their small excavators so I could replace the sewer pipe. Harry the operator was highly skilled and did not stop until the job was finished. The tenant was happy and we were able to hold the open inspection on schedule.

Rod and his team were punctual, careful and could not do enough to help. They live up to their name, working with an excavator through a normal door as site entry.I would recommend them to all.

Rod and the team did an outstanding job creating a new area for us to park cars. It still amazes me how much work can be done in a day when someone (like Rod) knows exactly what to do. Well done and i look forward to working with you on our next stage of development.

We have had a few quotes on a retaining wall and fence but found Rod to be the most competitive and easiest person to deal with. He offered his own ideas and explained reasoning for doing things. He always communicated very well before making any decisions. We are more than happy with his and his team's work and already have him lined up for more jobs. Look no further if your after quality and reliability all I can say is we are more than happy from start to finish!!

These guys are friendly, professional and have the right machines for the job plus know how to use them. Nothing is to much trouble and offer great advice and cost saving alternatives

Give them a Miss!!!! Lack professionalism and an eye for detail. We would not recommend this contractor for many reasons. Firstly they ordered the wrong profile on our fencing, then left materials unsecured on our property which was a building site, blamed us and charged us and then did not care about the attention to detail to flush the heights of the fence with each other. They lack professionalism and finesse and we will never deal with them again. They did not accept responsibility for leaving unsecured materials on a building site and then shifted the blame to us due to having unacceptable insurance for theft. We were glad for the job to be finished and to be rid of them in the end.
