Domayne Liverpool

We had our beautiful triple extension Kalbarri table delivered last week and I would like to send a huge thank you to the guys who delivered it as they were awesome. The table is so heavy and they brought it in very carefully and positioned it perfectly. So Tommy, Ricky and Lamond THANK YOU!

Prices far too high by comparison with other furniture shopsEgA-martHomemaker centre, CasulaStaff don't seem too friendly.They tried the pressure sales tactic on us.Trying to get us to sit down so they can check" and then asking questions to try and real us in...We didn't like that

Happy customer. Amazing customer service by Adrian! He was friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. We ended up buying furniture from Domayne after having a poor customer service experience at their competitor store across the road Harvey Norman Liverpool. Highly recommend Domayne for a good shopping experience. You turned our furniture shopping experience from unhappy to extremely satisfied :).

Great experience so far so good ! phoned in first to ask a question got a very helpful friendly staff member Danica who is the floor manager she meet me in store once we came and provided great service helpful and knowledgeable when helping choose our lounge . Sunny the owner was awesome as well!! we left very happy ! Just have to wait for the two lounges to come and hope it’s all this easy through the purchase process Liverpool domayne 5 stars keep up the great work :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Domayne. We were helped by Adrian and then eventually the owner, Sunny, both of which were professional, friendly and genuinely seemed interested in helping us! Most importantly, neither of them was pushy which can be so hard to find in furniture shops these days! Absolutely commend Domayne, we are very happy and will definitely return. Thank you Adrian and Sunny!Update Dec 2019. Domayne bedding are absolutely atrocious. We have received a dirty bed head and have waited an entire month for a resolution. We’re so disappointed by the Domayne bedding department and specifically the service manager who has rarely returned our phone calls or followed up accordingly. Really awful service, please avoid getting bedding from here. Go literally anywhere else! Otherwise, the furniture department (owned separately to bedding) are brilliant!

Our experience began with Ilijana, her commitment and attention to detail in keeping us updated was refreshing and very much appreciated. And then Jacob and Jamin arrived with the delivery and installation. Pleasant, professional, hard working young men who did a great job, they were tidy, respectful and had a sense of humour as well! A good experience all round. Definitely recommended! Thanks Domayne!

Very positive experience. We found the perfect little dining table and coffee table, both solid timber and on sale. Could not be happier with purchase and the excellent service. Will definitely be using Domayne Liverpool for all future furniture. Thank you so much!

Many thanks to this wonderful lady Dada, who helped us find the perfect lounge for our new home. She made the process of purchasing and delivery so seamless that I would come back in a heartbeat if I had the funds for more furniture. Will definitely come back to this location when I’m looking for my new bed.

I've been dealing with the lovely Tanya who is Domayne's online Customer Service Manager and she has been absolutely fabulous. My parcel ended up at the post office after not having anyone at the office when it was delivered. Tanya helped me locate it and told me to call her back if I had any problems. She was so professional and friendly. In fact, the staff answering the calls at Liverpool are very friendly. :)
