Go elsewhere. GP is good but forget Pathology. Go somewhere else. I sat there with my 3 year old getting restless for 30 minutes only to be told they were now going to lunch and would be back later. I was last in queue and apparently my number had been called so I had missed it and that was it. I had to go elsewhere and spend half my day trying to get a simple test done that had been ordered by their GP.

I am local, living in the Lower North Shore for over 20 years. Most of the doctors in Our Medical Crows Nest are very nice and caring. There are racism doctors like Dr Janet Widmer. I had been waiting for more than an hours and observed that she doesn't like to serve colour skin patients. She asked me the specialist who did the surgery for me over 10 years ago. I could not recall his first name in particular I was very unwell. She kept hitting on her desk asking me to spell the name of the specialist. She acted more like a prison guards than a doctor and gave me the feeling you are annoying"."

no real issues, wait times are a bit long especially before lunch however its better if you go in the afternoon if you can.All the doctors i've seen are pretty good and listen to my issues. Radiology and pathology being in the same spot is good too.

This is an absolutely awful practice, especially for temporary visa holders. They charge $100 for a consultation even if only 2 minutes. If you get a simple blood test, you have to pay $100 again to get the results (even if simple negative result) and have to wait in the queue again to see the doctor (sometimes 2 hour wait). Can't get a call back for results like other clinics and can't make an appointment. Reception never answers phone. Some doctors only work strange hours, so it can be hard to have the follow up consultation with them. They recommend a mobile app to use for the practice but you can only use the app if you have Medicare. Don't come here. Find a better clinic.

Second time I try to see a GP in this clinic this week.20 patients for 1 doctor on a Wednesday afternoon and25 patients for 1 doctor on a Friday morning. Registering at 7.30am, still waiting at 9.45am...There are clearly improvements in rostering doctors and managing number of patients to be made.Used to be good (if you don't need big care, just prescription or certificate otherwise very average), but definitely down hill now... Unacceptable ! Very disappointed!

Dr John Kim provided excellent care for both of my parents couple months ago when they were visiting Australia. I already knew that I could trust this doctor because he was polite, professional, helpful, attentive and was genuinely caring for my parents. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better doctor!The clinic was clean and the receptionists were friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this doctor and the medical centre to anyone!

I had a bad experience with Dr ahmar ghorban. He was abrasive and lacked bed side manner. I came to him with an ongoing issue and explained what previous treatment I had had at this clinic with a different doctor who was much nicer - I thought my history on the issue would be relevant. He said he didn't care about what other doctors diagnosed or prescribed and that he was only bound by the governing body for doctors in Australia. He ended up prescribing me a medication that had no effect. Maybe if he had bothered to take into account my medical history, he could have accurately diagnosed.

Dr John Kim is friendly and patient. He answers all the questions patiently. He is helpful. However, there is usually long wait period in this medical center. Online booking system would have been highly beneficial. The reception could be more proactive. The communication between reception and the doctors may be delayed. It takes a few follow up emails to get an agreed document.

I was refused to see a bulk GP because according with the receptionist, the clinic policy states that bulk GP can be seen only after downloading the app and signing in for the membership, otherwise she said you must go privately and pay $90… and that they allow patients without the app on their phone only under certain circumstances, that she was not able to explain.I have told her I was happy to pay $90 but elsewhere.Btw most medical centre offer Medicare rebates.Embarrassing!!
