Before seeing Matthew, I was extremely nervous as it's always scary at first when seeing a new psychologist, as you don't know what to expect. He is calm, very well spoken and has given me strategies to help deal with my anxiety that's been improving.I can open up to Matthew about a lot of things without feeling judged, and he is very down to earth.I highly recommend Mathew to anyone who may need support.
