Majestic1 car wash Hervey Bay

Beware of this company my wife took the 4WD in to be washed and detailed the car was still dirty in some spots and they took paint off the mirrors and then said it’s not there fault the owner of the business is rude and will not discuss damage to the car

I paid 75 for a full inside and outside clean and he left waters marks and cleaner all over and through the car and didn't even get all of the dirt and grime off and said all the staining is permanent.I just washed it over myself and got all of it off, he's absolutely S**t at his job. I do not recommend at all, complete waste of money

Very unfortunate. Should’ve checked the reviews before getting a car detailing for 180$ in 2,5h where they have done the bare minimum. Couldn’t see a difference at all! Could’ve simply done it myselfmuch better. After a long discussion they did a bit of a better job in 30 min but still hat to do a full clean myself afterwards. Not worth 3h of waiting and 180$. Would for sure suggest paying a bit more but going somewhere else!!

Booked in for 11am yesterday 23/3/2023:(. Worst experience ever- told come back in two hours- not happy, recently out hospital- asked?? For , car wash,vac,(including boot) paid extra $5 windows n tyres. Their signature deal- came back n told another half hour - waited again- put shopping in boot- never cleaned it- dirty as, he grabbed vac, no brush attached, took a minute n done-grr!! Bit dog hair n grit left as well as same on back floor mats(told dog hair is steam clean) EXTRA - car, not cleaned inside n front n back windows, hazy n smudgy, n I had to vac boot at home:). Not happy, n to top it off, he was the ruddiest, most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with- never go their again- Two n a half hours of my life I’ll never get back- Wouldn't recommend them at all- bad, bad bad service and very rude

Wasn't happy with the service this time it looked like the job was rushed, considering I was the first car for a Sunday morning .. there was still dirt and dust all around the gears and console and in the cup holders.. the windscreen had a film of streaky stuff over the inside of it.. there was something on my front passenger seat that wasn't there when I dropped it off..Their standards have dropped a lot since the very first time i took my car there to be cleaned.. they'd want to improve a lot before I take it back again..

I felt so bad dropping off my car. The slobber on the rear window from my 52kg bull mastiff looked like someone had egged my car. The fur and the sand was piled up on the seats and rear floor..... What a remarkable job. I cannot believe how wonderful my car looks. Thank you so much, it is not often i write reviews but this is well deserved. Will definitely get my car done there again.

I just want to warn everyone. Be VERY CAREFUL with this place!!!!!!!!!!!I was really unwell, with heat stroke and needed to get home. I left my shopping trolley with a heap of other trolleys at the back of the car wash because I couldn’t find a trolley bay anywhere near me..As I was reversing one of the employees got my trolley and put it behind my car, I nearly hit it. I had to get back out and move it.Please don’t go anywhere near there, if they have this type of behaviour I hate to think what they do to peoples cars.

Went in for a $45 wash and vacuum but they kept insiting I get a wax and polish for $100 because I have a nice car and paint colour. Well it was completely screwed my paintwork.They have left scuff mark and streaks everywhere. There are parts of the roof that haven't even been done at all. It looks alot worst in person then what the photos show but if you have a nice car don't go there. Also they couldn't even get the vacuum part right. They forgot to do the whole rear window ledge. The rear of the driver's and passenger seats. And lastly the windows were not even clean and wiped properly. If feel completely screwed over. Be warned ⚠️

Front windscreen was the only thing not done well but they were very happy to have that rectified when taking it bck

These guys are dodgy, washed my 4wd and was still very dirty on pick up. Then tried to charge more, and stong arm me when paying. Avoid these guys...
