Extremely helpful and would highly recomend, helped us with everything we needed and even went out of her way to help us with what we needed and didn't have, really great help and great knowledge on bike as well as solving issues on them, i should have come here sooner

I spent over 3000 for 3 bikes for Christmas, it's now may and since then we've had to replace all the bolts in the engine. And now a bike won't go into to 4 gear. The quad bike that we purchased. has gone through two batteries and every time I put a new battery in it drains the power. Even when the quad is off.I rang the company to speak to about my concerns as the bikes are only 4 months old and been written twice. The ladies remark was and" shouldn't take any responsibility. it was the owners responsibility even they were you go to a bike mechanic and get it actually mechanically. She just told me " it was the owners problem and it was now may_.I recommend not buying from this service as their customer service after purchaseis appalling"
