As a local i visit this servo every morning. The customer service is very awful. This female staff is always grumpy and in a bad mood makes me feel like not to visit this servo again. In addition, pies quality has gone worse they look very off nowadays i love these pies and buy them everyday I request united petroleum to please assure the pies quality on this servo has been taken care as per rules and regulations as I'm feeling bit sick after todays pie.

The abhorrent service I have received here is incomparable with any level of service that I have ever revived elsewhere. It has most definitely shown me the disadvantages of shopping at this establishment. Firstly, I must say the level of service demonstrated by this so called 'service" station is disgraceful. Upon my arrival I was greeted by an inconsiderate and rude attendee with no concern for customer discord. I then proceeded to inquire about the price of cigarettes

The customer service at this servo is a shame to the United franchise. I have been in here several times and every time the attendants look at me like I am a burden to the universe. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service as I have here. Nine times out of ten the attendant doesn't even utter a word to me. I can't ever fathom anyone having an enjoyable experience at this place, between the overpriced pies and cold-shoulder service.

Clean store and decent for getting petrol. Customer service needs improvement (based on multiple visits). Tyre air compressor frequently out of order and malfunctioned for me the one time I found it was supposedly working.

The young girl in training, whose English was her second language, was polite and asked her manager a question over the phone and helped me to solve a problem. The layout of the service station is good and I like that United is an Australian petroleum company. It has earned my loyalty as a customer for their fair fuel, and for the positive attitude of the staff.

As a local I would regularly come to pump fuel or buy lunch. The male staff where always welcoming and friendly but I wont be back again. The last 3 times I have been your female staff member has been so rude while dealing with customers and grunts back her responses to customers. At first I thought she just had a bad day but clearly this is her nature as it has been 3 visits.

Can't even be bothered to look up... some grunts and then eventually the price comes up in the screen. Maybe we need to treat out employees as humans so they can serve their customers the same.

This morning, my car conked out in the middle of traffic just near the station and the mechanics there were very helpful in helping me out, which included helping me push the car through the traffic into the station. Their assistance in this matter and their friendly manner were greatly appreciated Cheers, guys!
