Such a brilliant company! So responsive to emails and custom requests. I asked for some custom tools to be included in their dessert box for my fiance who loves DIY, for his first Fathers Day this year and Vanessa came through, they looked fantastic and tasted even better! Do not trust what their website says. I ordered a cake and cupcakes for delivery within the time period their website said they were available, but the night after I ordered (so a whole day and a half later) they decided they were actually booked and the fact that I ordered meant nothing. So fun to have an order canceled when their own website said they were available and then not even given an apology, really shocking customer service.
