I wish I could give Michael and BET Removalists more than 5 stars, they were absolutely fantastic. So friendly, efficient and helpful and they made the usual stress of moving house so easy and smooth. If we ever move again in future, we will absolutely 100000% go with them again. My partner and I are so grateful, they truly went above and beyond for us and we are so impressed. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Michael and his team were very professional and efficient with the move. His supervisor, Anita, also attended the move so it was good to know that quality assurance was a priority for their business. He tetris-ed the truck pretty well to fit all the pieces.Throughout the move, Michael gave very insightful tips for future moves and how the process can be organised and done in ways that are helpful to all parties, can avoid any potential damage to furniture/items and doesn’t involve extra money getting forked out (this was a very professional touch because any business would have preferred to have been paid more).Punctuality: 5/5Communication: 5/5Service: 5/5Value: 5/5

Michael and his team are the best removalists I've ever had. They went above and beyond to assist me. As I rent, I move now and then, the nature of renting I'm afraid. My only regret is not using this company sooner! They certainly know how to protect furniture, pack a trailer, and are so lovely to deal with. And they were a pleasure to have in my home. I have big, heavy furniture, including the piano, and they kept a cheery disposition throughout. Great job & highly recommend.

Michael and his team gave the best removal services I've experienced to date. They are highly efficient and we had moved from a 5 floor apartment (no elevator) to a suburb 25 minutes away in under 3 hours. Amazing guys to deal with and would highly recommend for anyone wishing to have a fluid and unimpacted experience.

Micheal was an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his team made the whole process of moving, and all the unexpected issues that happen, an absolute breeze. They were on time, kind, helpful and an absolute ease to deal with. They sent frequent updates on timing and locations so coordination was a breeze, and they were so quick with everything and made sure me and my partner were aware and happy with every step of the way. The only thing they were concerned with was making it as calm and easy for us as they could. I can not recommend Michael and his team highly enough.

Mike and his team spent over 12 hours loading our home contents into his truck then unloading inro a storage unit. They never waivered with their care and patience during the long day and we will have them back to relocate us when we find a new home. thank you Mike and thank you team.
