Repeat Client! I’ve had Shane’s services before and said I’d have them again. So here I am!Once again Shane has been absolutely brilliant on all grounds. There were some issues yes, was he the cause? No, did he solve them? Yes!What I loved the most was Shane’s open communication to me during the entire process. He’s fast and and proactive so there’s no fluff when you get updates from him (I’d say when you ask for updates but I’m never left in the dark with Shane so I never truly need to ask him for an update).I know reviews can seem fake and cliche. Keep in mind I can only write a review once Shane has actively completed a full service of buying/selling a properly for you. So twice over Shane has done a brilliant service.On a further note..I had tenants in my final home I had to sell.I cannot stress this enough.He showed true respect to the HOME of the tenant. He did not use me as a shield to throw weight around and invade the privacy of the house made into a home. This you cannot test for, only experience.So if your looking for a man with care AND respect, Shane’s your guy.

Shane was efficient, dedicated and hard working. Shane was a pleasure to deal with, he has strong communication skills and was extremely efficient. He was a dedicated and hardworking real estate agent that looks out for the best in his clients. Would deal with Shane again for any real estate needs! 10/10 would recommend!

We have a newborn baby so things are already stressful enough but she spends her days blowing up our phone demanding unnecessary things like video tours" of the property

My family and I moved to Armidale a few months ago, we accidentally got caught up renting in a not so good area due to not having lived in Armidale previously and not knowing the area. Sharni from Professionals Real Estate became our property manager and immediately helped us find a new home, she formed a great bond with myself and made us all feel really welcomed. Sharni is a wonderful young lady, with a great work attitude! We are very happy to have had the chance to have Sharni as our property manager.

As a purchaser from outside of the area, I found Kyle to be extremely helpful with regards to taking time to understand my specific situation, booking inspections on relatively short notice and providing valuable insights into the local Armidale property market. He was very pro-active with follow-up and seeing the purchase process through to completion.

She has not only helped me find an appropriate rental but also helped me me figure out the best option for my circumstances and has answered all questions and queries quickly. You won't find a more competent and reliable property manager than Jeannie. I do not live in Armidale but have 100% confidence and peace of mind knowing that Jeannie treats the property as if it was her own.
