Happy that I found High St Vet Surgery, been happy so far with the service. Dr Virginia is who I go to and been great.All staff are exceptionally good, happy to help you and very understanding.A little pricey but I guess that's norm everywhere else these days.I would recommend this place for anyone with pets.

I really believe which vet you get. My first visit was great with vet very caring and considerate. Unfortunately we had to have our beautiful boy put down the next time we went . This vet must of been running late for their afternoon tea . We were not given time to comfort our boy (who was extremely stressed) the whole process was callous and uncaring and they are very expensive.

The vets were very caring. Our dog has a vet phobia and is very hard to deal with in that environment. The vets took him outside and were able to treat him easily. They showed so much care for his wellbeing and not wanting him to be stressed on his visit.

Our little girl had to cross the rainbow bridge today. Can't thank Dr Lee Baker and team enough for their care and compassion. They made Suki's passing so gentle and peaceful. Thankyou souch for helping out precious baby.

Very caring, well-equipped vet practice. Emergency vet Virginia was sensational. Our dog had symptoms that could have indicated something serious. Virginia saw our dog after midnight, called a vet nurse in to assist with immediate, on-site testing, including x-rays. Our dog was given medication and fluids and settled in for overnight care. Very grateful to get quality vet care in the early hours. Allowed our family to rest easy knowing our dog was in good hands. Thank you sincerely.

Very caring vet clinic. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking on premises. Great customer service.Vet is very patient and takes the time to explain the requirements of at home care" when pets are being discharged.Cant praise the people here enough. No other place have I seen such matecelous care lavished upon the pets and or the owners. Wonderful

Vet was very knowledgeable medically but if you aren't supportive of negative training methods then I wouldn't go here because the vet straight up smacked my stressed and excited dog when she jumped up when the vet got in her face. Good medical care, bad emotional care. Pros and cons I guess.
