MediGYM for over 50's is fantastic. The programs are designed specifically for me and regularly reviewed and changed. Peter and Niki are supportive and great personal trainers. The gym has a terrific atmosphere.

I love Medigym under the new owner Pete Valabek. He is delightful; the equipment is fantastic and it's a great place to get and keep fit while making good friendships. Cannot rate the place more highly. A perfect gym for those aged 50 plus.

A great gym for over 50s who need a tailored program. The program is tailored to your requirements and abilities. Programs are regularly updated to suit your progress and add variety. Either Peter or Niki are in attendance to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and to answer questions.
