Zero starI thought I’ve already seen the worst tradies/contractors on my renovations, but this one is a disaster by far.Communication. Zero star. Despite of excellent communication on my end I have to try very hard multiple times to get a response, and that response would take many days —if ever there is.The fence installation was rescheduled multiple times. On first two instances, I had to initiate the communication and only to find out later that they were rescheduled due to supplier issues (is it even true?). I took a day off only to find out that it was rescheduled.Thereafter, comes their promise to let me know the next new schedule. After 6 business days and chasing up, no response.Unreliable.So even with 2 months lead times or even a year, you would likely to end up supplier issue (or what’s not) when the time comes.Communication and integrity are the real issues with them—-the job has not even started yet.It wasn’t a pleasant experience and worry free. So I cancelled it, but I’ve wasted tremendous amount of time and efforts with this problematic contractor.
