The worst service I have ever received in over 20 years in hairdressing.Uneducated product recommendation*Failure to follow up customer complaints*Rude*Shocking language addressing customers with the 'F' word.*Yelling and laughing at a customer with a genuine concern*Failure to provide receipt*Charging 50cents for a printed receipt & still failing to present it*Failure to provide a refund*Failure to communicate instructions for correct product use*Poor customer serviceI would not recommend this location for quality products or service. Absolutely shocking service, a poor representative for a professional industry.

I have been a customer of Profile Salon Supplies for almost 10yrs and I have always been looked after and treated with respect and always very helpful. Wendy and Micheal have always gone out of there way to help me and the other girls in there are so friendly. I live in Hope island and I purposely drive all the way down to Varsity to this beauty supply ,The customer service is incredible !!! The distance doesn’t matter when Wendy , her husband & staff are so welcoming and approachable. Highly recommend !!
