The Barber Co. Sydney

I've only been here once. The service was impeccable but the haircut wasn't amazing. It wasn't bad but it's quite expensive (I paid $64 just for a cut, no wash or anything). That's a lot more than I normally pay so I was expecting it to be absolutely perfect. It wasn't.

I had my haircut here about a week ago for the first time with the hope of getting a better cut. Had my cut done by the lady. Although she was nice and kind I couldn't find anything different than my normal $30 cut. It's a fancy place and the hair wash is cool but the core of the barber shop is a great hair cut which this shop (at least the lady) was lacking. I had to get my hair adjusted 2 times after the cut.Sorry guys, you need to improve to justify these prices.

Chose that place because it's close to the office and so many good reviews. Wasn't served by Nick, another team member. Not really happy - place is nice but the haircut was very simple and basic - do not really understand why do I need to pay twice the price for half the service.As somebody mentioned - it's all about the details, like amount of time spend on trimming the lines, trimming eye brows and other places - that should come by default or at least I should be asked - do I want it to be trimmed. Don't really believe the whole haircut can be done in 10 minutes and that's exactly how much time it took. And I am not asking for something special - usual office style cut so plenty of time to pay attention to all the minor details.Probably wouldn't go there again. I'm happy to pay premium but expect to have an appropriate level of service. If i go there again - go to Nick

Good barber in the city you can often walk straight into. Not a full service (ie no razor finishes etc.) But good enough and a fair bit better than some around the area.

The best barber shop in Sydney, Nick and his crews are always so welcoming. Been getting haircut from Paolo for almost a year now, his immaculate attention to details and precision never disappoint. However, It’s definitely not a place for cheap arse with ridiculous expectations.

I have searched far and wide for a barber in Sydney who consistently cuts my hair well. I can say with full conviction that Nick from The Barber Co. is the best Barber I have ever had (I have tried over 10 different ones in Sydney alone).He is efficient and very good at what he does. He understands exactly what you want when you ask him and he is a lovely bloke!I will never go to another Barber and considering the price other barbers charge in the city, I'd say it is an absolute bargain for how good he is!

Barber ended up running 20-30 minutes late for the appointment. When it was my turn the cut was done in 10 minutes and was a poorly done rush job with an uneven finish. I think this was because the barber wanted to finish my cut as soon as possible and cut his mate who had just come into the shop. Was left pretty unsatisfied and would not be back.Response to owner: I am certain I got the correct shop, this incident was a few months back so it is not a recent appointment. I just haven’t been back since.

Nick and his staff are always great. Great service and quality cut.

Nick and the team at The Barber Co. are nothing short of amazing! First class service every single visit. I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years and always leave feeling like a million dollars!
