End of lease cleaning isa waste of time and money. Floor with stains from using a dirty mop, dirty toilet.I bought additional cleaning of the walls, on the day of the service I received a phone call that the walls are in such a bad condition that they will not be under warranty. The crew touched one wall and the rest not, maybe they thought I wouldn't see it. Bed luck, I've seen all the walls that haven't even been touched. Unfortunately for the cleaning crew, I had left a tape (after birthday party)on the wall, because I knew they would clean it while cleaning walls, to my big suprise tape was still there.I went to the store for white soap tissues and a miracle happened, because I washed all the walls.And if anyone still have concerns, we didn't pass the final inspection.

We used Fantasic Services for our end of lease clean. The job was excellent, cleaner than when we moved into the property. Would definitely use again

The cleaner arrived on scheduled day and then asked to come come back to do the job the next day??? It was only a one bedroom apartment asked for hourly cleaning, “professional” carpet cleaning and an oven clean and was quoted $600. Had two other quotes for the same services around $450, so don’t use these guys.Over the phone booking made it sound like there would be multiple people cleaning and charge accordingly, the fact that only one person showed up on the scheduled day says otherwise.Cleaner arrived the next day with a helper (apparently a new staffer - I could hear the main cleaner raising his voice aggressively towards new starter) I was still able to pick up visible pet hair from the carpet with my bare hands, the rim of the toilet was still dirty. I’ve uploaded some photos via their own port which only allowed 3 photos. Carpet still has an odour and after vacuuming myself I was able to pick up so much dust and hair, I’m not even sure they vacuumed. I’m currently looking for quotes for carpet cleaning.Overall I’m disappointed, these services are anything but fantastic. I was hoping to move into my place after this clean, this has delayed everything.The cleaner asked for my personal number to reschedule I’m guessing to avoid any traceability via the company app, after the clean and my initial one star review cleaner then proceeded to text and call me - I had blocked the contact. Cleaner offered an “exit clean” as compensation at no extra cost? How much more could you charge for a one bedroom apartment?Even if what was done is considered an “exit clean” I’d be embarrassed to call these services “professional” or “fantastic”

This company is a joke, do not recommend! the only thing they are good at is getting money out of your account quickly. The complaints system in this company is a joke! if you care about your money and you don't want the agent to tell you to clean your house a second time, do not use the services of this company!

They were late to arrive, look at the property and said that the carpeted area was larger than a normal lounge (2 bed apartment in Port Melbourne, it was not a mansion) and proceeded to charge me a further $148 for the extra carpet.Took them 13 hours to complete and when the property was checked by the agent, it needed a reclean. It was not at all cleaned properly in the first instance. The bathroom, stove top, exhaust fans pretty much untouched and the skirting boards also not dusted. I have photo evidence of the entire thing sent to me by the agent.THEY DO NOT STICK TO THEIR BOND RETURN GUARANTEE - BE VERY AWARE OF THIS!I am currently trying to get a refund and it's not working. I lost about 40% of my bond as a result of this.Avoid!

DO NOT use this companyI'm not one to leave a review, but I am disgusted at the service I got. My photos attached say it all.After many back and forth phone calls to try get a refund, they agreed my oven and stove could have been cleaned more but only gave me a $52 refund when I payed $420The grime you see in the pictures can be picked off with my finger and they didn't even touch the heat draw.Absolutely disgusting

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT go with fantastic services. Paid upfront only for the cleaners to request extra money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere unfortunately I fell into the trap of an overall good rating however they must be fake reviews.

The cleaner was on-time, friendly and did a very good job.Unfortunately, however, I strongly believe I was overcharged by at least 25%. Despite giving a fair and reasonable request for a partial refund they were unwilling to be obliging.I am currently disputing my credit card transaction and will be contacting the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission as they are NDIS registered and have not followed the rate rules.Sadly I do not recommend this company.

Cleaning was deemed unsatisfactory by realestate at the end of lease clean. Called to give fantastic the chance to fix it but the end of lease report was done outside 72 hour window. Laundry was not cleaned properly, vacuuming in runners on sliding wardrobe floors not cleaned and oven not cleaned. Disappointing, would not recommend.

Terrible service!! (unsatisfactory clean, awful customer service)I paid for 2 hours of cleaning in my apartment (1 BR, 2 small bath, Kitchen & Living Area). Unfortunately, I did not get that. I got the following:* They arrived 20mins late with no explanation/warning.* Did not follow instruction (cleaning checklist that we were told to make)* Basic surfaces not being dusted/wiped (TV Unit, Dining Table etc)* Left dirty kitchen benches* Left dirty floorboards* Left dirty bathroom floors* Left dirty toiletsI sent pictures of the work that had not been done (but already paid for) to their complaints team. The customer service team were terribly hard to get in touch with. Once I finally did I was told that my expectations were unrealistic, that wiping the TV unit was a ‘very specific’ task to request and that I should have booked 5-6 hours of cleaning instead of 2.I asked for a refund or the cleaning to be done again properly as compensation. I was told this wasn’t going to happen and offered a $20 voucher.This is an extremely unsatisfactory service!
